This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9562 of 2019 dated 19.11.2019 and punish them under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019, final report has been filed through e.filing (e.filing No.1564/2022) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil on 22.07.2022.
