Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the Impugned Suspension Order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Proceedings dated 23.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service by treating the period of suspension as duty with all attendant and consequential service benefits.

Prayer in MP(MD). 3/ 2015 in WP(MD).10915/2015 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High court will be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of suspension dated 23.07.2014 as per recommendation by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.
