3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17766 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am.
