This Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Praying this Court, to appoint the advocate by name A.Mohammed Shamshudeen, Ms.No.378/1999 as an Advocate Commissioner to act as an observer of the forthcoming election to the executive committee for A1 Masjid Thaqwa Sunnath Wal Jamath (Hanafi) Mosque Waqf and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to conduct election at the A1 Masjid Thaqwa Sunnath Wal Jamath (Hanafi) Mosque Waqf, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court made the following order: There is a consensus on either side for appointing Shri.A.Mohammed Shamshudeen, MS No.378/1999, No.72/1114, Cucherry Road, IOB Court Branch Upstairs, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District-612 001, (Mobile No: 9443452963) as an advocate commissioner for overseeing the election process.
2. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Advocate Commissioner is directed to conclude the entire election process within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).
