ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC., in Crime No.60 of 2017, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.05.2017 at about 6.45 p.m. in the SIPCOT bus stop, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and caused injury and gave him a life threat.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that injured is still in hospital as in patient.
