RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7522 of 2018 dated on 03.05.2018 the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram once a week i.e., on the first working of every week at 10.30 A.M., further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.G.SATHYA MOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7522 of 2018 on 03.05.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.
