orders dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in WP.(MD).Nos.26982, 26981 & 26983 of 2024, thereby the trial court i.e. Sub Court, Valliyanoor, Tirunelveli District had been directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.91 of 2010 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of written statement by the petitioners in the aforementioned writ petitions. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court.

It is seen that only after hearing the parties, this Court passed orders in the aforementioned writ petitions, which have been sought to be reviewed in these review applications, on merits. Further, this Court finds no grounds to review the orders passed in the aforementioned writ petitions. 4.

Therefore, all the review applications are dismissed. However it is clarified that after setting aside the Lok adalat award passed in OS.No.91 of 2010 dated 11.09.2021, the suit has been restored to the file of the Sub Court, Nanguneri for fresh disposal. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to file a petition to implead themselves as party to the suit and the parties are at liberty to amend the suit prayer appropriately. Consequently, connected miscellaneous 5/8

petitions are closed.
