ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.530 of 2025, dated 05.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. This Court on perusal of the records and considering the nature of offence 1/3

allegedly committed by the petitioner, this Court does incline to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.530 of 2025, dated 05.02.2025 is hereby modified as 'the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelvelie weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates'.
