ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by the respondent in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 17.02.2022 passed in W.P. (MD).No.3116 of 2022. The learned Government Advocate also submits, on instructions, that the transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner will also get reflected in the respondent's website soon. The said undertaking given by the respondent is recorded.
