2.The petitioner's father passed away on 05.01.2017. He wants the death to be registered and death certificate to be issued by the corporation. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation. 3.The second respondent will consider the said representation and give disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
