COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

457 of IPC in Crime Nos.998 of 2019, 67 of 2020, 1187 of 2019, 68 of 2020, 1149 of 2019, 87 of 2020 and 1148 of 2019 respectively on the file of the respondent police., on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and others broke open the doors of the de-facto complainant during night hours and stolen gold ornaments and cash. Hence, the complaints. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, the learned counsel prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 5.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner and others broke open the doors of the de-facto complainant during night hours and stolen gold ornaments and cash. He would further submit that the investigation is in preliminary stage. He would also submit that the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed only on 01.06.2020 and there is no change in circumstances. Hence, he prays for dismissal of the petitions.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
