ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from shifting/establishing the TASMAC Shop No.5586 at S.No.199 in Mekkilarpatti Village to be situated at Mekkilarpatti, Batlagundu Road, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025 and order to continue the TASMAC shop at existing place in Seemanuthu Village near 58th Irrigation Channel, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. 2/5

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that there is no proposal to shift the TASMAC shop as of now and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
