ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 12.12.2022 made in W.A.(MD) No.1479 of 2022.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the order of this Court has been complied with and to that effect the Chief Educational Officer, Tenkasi, has issued a proceedings dated 07.06.2023 and a copy of which has also been filed before this Court.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, recording the said compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
