O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to put up fence in the property comprised in Survey No. 129/1H situated at Puthur Village, Vedasandur Taluk , Dindigul District by considering the petitioners representation dated 28.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property in S.F.No.129/1H in Pudur Village, Vedasandur Taluk. When the petitioner tried to fence the above said property after making application before the concerned revenue authorities, the adjacent land owners have obstructed the petitioner from fencing the property. Therefore, she sent a representation dated 28.02.2025, but the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondents would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and they issued summon to both the parties and fixed enquiry on 19.03.2025. Therefore, they will complete Page No. 2 of 4

the enquiry within one week.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent and the second respondent also assured to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2025 within a week, this Court recording the above said submission of the second respondent inclined to dispose of the petition. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2025, in accordance with law within a period of one week, after affording opportunities to both the parties.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
