This Court granted interim anticipatory bail. Based on the interim anticipatory bail, the petitioner was reinstated in service. But subsequently, the present interim anticipatory bail was dismissed, since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions. However, it is reported that the petitioner had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and interim anticipatory bail was granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
