JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that after the order passed by the learned single Judge, proceedings under Section 47-A has been initiated. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. constitute a separate cause of action. Therefore, liberty is granted to the appellant to agitate the above said issue in the manner known to law. The respondents shall send communication to the appellant indicating pendency of the 47-A proceedings. If it is not already issued, the respondents shall send the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.With the above observation, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
