Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, to expedite the trial in S.C.No.208 of 2015 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for expedite the proceedings pending in S.C.No.208 of 2015 before the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after conducting the trial, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
