Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time for further period of 2 months to deposit the remaining amount as per one time settlement in Crl.O.P.No.6163/2018 dated 17/04/2018 and thus render justice.

PRAYER in CRL MP(MD). 10058/ 2018 :

To extend the time for further period of 2 months to deposit the remaining amount as per one time settlement in Crl.OP.No. 7341/2018 dated 27.07.2018.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioners in both the CRL.MP'S and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the CRL.MP'S, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to extend the time to deposit the remaining amount as per one time settlement in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.6163 & 7341 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners as per directions of this Court, the petitioners deposited a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. While being so, the petitioners have given a requisition letter for one time settlement to the Branch Manager. It is submitted that the petitioners met the Branch Manager to finalize the one time settlement and he was informed that they have to get approval from the Bank Administration and it would be taken time for two months. Hence, he prayed for extension of time.

3.Recording the above submission, time is extended by two months. Accordingly, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
