JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Appeal is filed by the appellant / Writ petitioner, whose request for a direction to the first respondent to issue a Destitute Widow Certificate to her by considering her application was rejected by the Learned Single Judge. 2.Admittedly, the appellant lost her husband, but has got 4 children and all have attained majority. It is the contention of the appellant that her children have neglected her. When the appellant has blood relations to take care her, she cannot be termed as destitute widow. Therefore, her request for getting such certificate has rightly been rejected by the Learned Single Judge.
