RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 18776/2018 dated on 16.10.2018 as of the Inspector of Police, Kulasekarapattinam Police Station to the Inspector of Police, Valasaravakkam police Station at Chennai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.LAXMI MAHENDRAA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18776 of 2018 on 16.10.2018. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner running a vessels shop at Chennai and hence, he is unable to comply with the condition before the first respondent police at Kulasekarapattinam. Therefore, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18776 of 2018 on 16.10.2018 is relaxed.
