To extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.21817 of 2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

The application has been filed seeking an extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21817 of 2024. 2.Upon perusal of the said order, it is seen that the petitioner was directed to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. A further direction was issued to take the appeal on file without reference to limitation, subject to the petitioner remitting the fair rent fixed from 18.10.2023. 3.It is submitted that, with reference to the fixation of fair rent, the petitioner has now preferred an appeal and seeks a short extension of time to comply with the aforesaid order. 4.In view of the above, as a final opportunity, a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order is granted.

The petitioner shall file the appeal within the said period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, along with proof of deposit of the arrears as directed. Thereafter, no further application seeking extension of time or any similar relief will be entertained by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
