The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received by either of the respondents namely R1 to R3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there was proper complaint has been given by the petitioner before the third repsondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint, so that the third respondent can enquire the above said complaint. Without proper proof of either sending or receipt, the present petition has been filed. 2/4

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
