Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner worked in Tirunelveli City Municipal Corporation. The provident fund payable to him has already been disbursed. But gratuity is yet to be disbursed. With this request, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.The third respondent may not have any role in respect of corporation employees. The first respondent is directed to consider the 2/4

petition-mentioned representation for disbursement of the petitioner's gratuity and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
