ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners herein have obtained relief of anticipatory bail before the Principal Sessions Court, Virudhunagar. But they did not produce sureties within the time stipulated and they have filed Cr.M.P.1362 of 2017 before the Vacation Court for extension of time. The Vacation Court refused to take the said petition on file. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners is requested to present the same immediately after the court opens and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar is directed to decide the same on merits. Till such time the respondent police is directed not to take any coercive action against the liberty of the petitioners. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
