ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A-1, who was arrested on 03.08.2016, for offences punishable under Section 392 I.P.C r/w Section 5(g), (1) and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.21 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in custody for more than 85 days.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the third bail petition and the petitioner abducted the victim minor girl only for the purpose of obtaining the jewels. She further submits that investigation is over and charge-sheet is also pending for the approval of the Director of Prosecution.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances and the fact that investigation is over and charge-sheet is pending for approval, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Thoothukudi and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 26/10/2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.1)
