RESPONDENTS NO.2&3/ PETITIONER NO.1&2 Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the Respondents No.2&3 in Crl.OP (MD)No.20960 of 2021 dated 29/12/2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/defacto complainant has filed this petition to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3, on 29.12.2021, on the ground that the respondents 2 and 3 were threatening the complainant on 13.03.2022. But the complaint was lodged by the defacto complainant only on 23.03.2022, after a lapse of 10 days.

2.Against the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the first respondent police has given CSR No.181 of 2022 and the same has been enquired into and closed. The respondents 2 and 3 were also complied with the condition imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4856 of 2022 3.In view of the above, there is no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3 on 29.12.2021. However, the first respondent police is hereby directed to warn the respondents 2 and 3 and if there is any offence committed by them, the bail granted by this Court may be cancelled. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
