2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to comply with 1/3

the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since the petitioner could not execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 13.02.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2193 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 13.02.2024 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
