ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from laying the road into the

petitioner's Agricultural Patta Land comprised in Survey No.267/2, Patta No.281, to an extent of 4 Acre and 82 cents situated in Kodanginayakkanpatti Panchayat, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, without following due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.

3. Today, the officials have appeared with records to show that laying of road had started on 15.11.2018 and had been completed as early as on 30.05.2020. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
