Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter namely Sivaranjani, aged about 23 years, and the petitioner's grand daughter namely Minor.Aslisan @ Angel, aged about 2 1/2 years, before this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenue and grant mother of the minor detenue. The detenue has been produced before us through video conferencing by the respondent-Police. We have spoken to the detenu and the petitioner also. It appears that there is some dispute between the detenue and her husband Antony Raj and she says on accout of that she get upset and she left to Tiruppur along with her minor child Aslisan @ Angel. As of now, she wants to join her mother, the petitioner herein.
2. We have also counselled her about her responsibility and as to the avenues available to resolve matrimonial problems. She appears to have understood what we have said and she has also completed her Diploma in Computer Applications. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ __________

3. Hence, we find that there is no unlawful detention. Accordingly, the Habeaus Corpus petition is dismissed.
