The petitioner made a complaint on 22.10.2023 to the third respondent police, alleging that his wife was found missing. Since no action was taken, he has approached this Court by filing the habeas corpus petition.
2. The wife of the petitioner, who has left his company due to a misunderstanding, is produced by the respondent police today and on enquiry, it is made known that she has left the petitioner on her own and that she is not in the illegal custody of any person. The petitioner is also present and aware of this fact. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
