ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 07.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC @ 379, 413, 414 of IPC, in Crime No.193 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also considering the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
