ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in order to save and protect one Imanuvel Rajkumar and Mr.Muthuvel pending disposal of the Crl.O.P(MD)No.6609 of 2020.

2.Originally this petition has been filed as a miscellaneous petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6609 of 2020. But, this miscellaneous petition has been numbered as Criminal Original Petition as Crl.O.P (MD)No.6610 of 2020.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner prayed for an interim direction as against the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner on the complaint of Imanuvel Rajasekar, pending disposal of Crl.O.P(MD)No.6609 of 2020.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6610 of 2020 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of Imanuel Rajasekar, a case was registered as against this petitioner and 11 others on the file of the second respondent Police in Crime No.1935 of 2020 dated 14.03.2020 for the offence under Sections 364(A), 365, 387, 147, 306 and 506(ii) IPC. 5.In view of the subsequent development took place in this case, this petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6610 of 2020, which was filed as miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
