One Thiru.Sheik Mansoor, petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.11185 of 2014, was aged about 37 years and the other one Thiru.Thuraf Mydeen, petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.11186 of 2014, who was also aged about 36 years old at the time of filing these Writ Petitions in the year 2014 . In view of the same they crossed the age of getting any appointment, to any post as stated by the Government Pleader. Mere empanelment in the employment exchange would not give them any right for direct recruitment. Now all the appointments are made only through Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Employment Exchange is only an Agency and petitioners cannot seek appointment on this account.
