This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this court dated 21.11.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.23809 of 2022 has not been complied with. 2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that as against the orders of this court the Department has filed writ appeal in WA(MD)No.626 of 2026 before the Division Bench and the Division Bench by order dated 01.06.2026 has granted an order of interim stay.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
