When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the third respondent / Noon Meal Organizer, whose appointment is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition on the ground of violation of the Government Orders in force, has got appointment in some other School.

2. This being the factum, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition has become vanished. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. However, it is made clear that if any other person, in violation of the Government Orders in force, is appointed, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
