ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.263 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on due to previous enmity, the accused abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and attacked him by hands.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is languishing in jail from 02.09.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is having six previous cases. 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Madurai and appear before the Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
