ORDER

With the consent of the counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the repsondents.

3. The petitioner seeks limited direction to the second respondent to conclude the pending enquiry of the proceeding in Na.Ka.A3/2077/2024 dated 02.07.2024 for deleting the wrong entry and to rectify the petitioner's father's name.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent is enquiring into the matter, however, the first respondent has to pass final orders.

5. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry based on the petitioner's application dated 02.07.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and forward his final 2/4

report to the first respondent, who shall there upon pass final orders, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and any other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 17.03.2025 am To
