Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.1.No.1260/09, dated 9.2.2009 to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to extend the benefits of Interim Arrears as per G.O.Ms.No.10 dated 13.1.2009 issued by Finance (Pay Cell Department).
