For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 22.07.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.12028 of 2021, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order, dated 22.07.2021 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 12028 of 2021, the State preferred W.A(MD).No.3 of 2023 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 03.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, there is no wilful obedience and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Petitions are closed.
