2.Crime No.603 of 2020 and Crime No.604 of 2020 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Devadanapatti Police Station, Theni are case and counter cases. The issue has been amicably resolved and the parties have also filed a joint compromise memo. 3.I am of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the FIR alive. The Inspector of Police has also confirmed the amicable resolution of the issues. Therefore, both the FIR are quashed.

4. These Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
