O R D E R

This petition has been filed to directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take actions against the fourth respondent for sexual abuse on the petitioner based on petitioner's complaints forthwith.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 23.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.6813 of 2022 petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
