This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to life and limp of the petitioner and her younger son to enter into their dwelling house.
2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a aged lady and the third respondent is her daughterin-law. After demise of the petitioner's son, the third respondent herein has not permitted the petitioner to enter into the house and therefore, sufficient police protection is necessary to resolve the problem having by the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that on the complaint, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6309 of 2020 dated 05.06.2020 given by the petitioner, the second respondent Police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.88 of 2020. He would further submit that at the time of enquiry, both the petitioner and the the third respondent agreed to settle their dispute in the Court of law. However, he undertakes that necessary protection will be given to the petitioner by the second respondent, if necessary. 4.The submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
