Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction and pay the medical reimbursement amount of sum of Rs.1,02,008/- with interest under the New Health Insurance Scheme for pensioners for Covid-19 by considering petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus claiming medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs.1,02,008/- with interest under the New Health Insurance Scheme for pensioners for Covid-19 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is simply directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023 and pass orders in accordance to the scheme within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
