PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the (**) Sub Court, Mudukulathur, to conduct day to day trial and to the trial in S.C.No.313 of 2022 pending on the file of the (**) Sub Court, Mudukulathur, within a stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 25.04.2023 and 19.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur in D.No.124 Dated 22.01.2024 seeking

further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.313/2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mudukulathur this Court made the following order:- The learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur, by letter, dated 22.01.2024, requested this Court to grant further time of three months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.313 of 2022. Subsequently, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the case in S.C.No.313 of 2022 has been disposed of by the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur.
