This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District not to interfere in to the civil subject matter in respect of the petitioner's house property situated in D.No.12/400, Burma Colony, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioner herein in the respondent police and hence, his presence is not at all required by the respondent police, at any point of time, till today.
