This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's objection dated 17.03.2020, 04.06.2020 and 05.06.2020, relating to survey notice dated 05.03.2020 and pass appropriate order within the stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.6806 of 2020 objection has been considered by the second respondent and final order has also been passed. Therefore, the relief sought for by the writ petitioner in this writ petition, is infructuous. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
