ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner, in the capacity of one of the legal representatives of the original patta holder, sought for issuance of patta, enquiry was commenced by the second respondent and has been pending from September 2023.

4. Considering the above and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the pending enquiry and pass orders final orders on the 2/4

petitioner's application for transfer of patta, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 17.03.2025 am To
