JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge in WP(MD)No.15105 of 2015, dated 31.08.2015. 2.The appellant who was working as an Assistant Conservator of Forests transferred from Virudhunagar to Arasu Rubber Corporation Limited, Nagercoil. Challenging the said transfer order WP(MD)No.15105 of 2015 came to be filed and the same was dismissed by the learned Single Judge. 3.At the time of hearing, the Department was put on notice and suggestion was sought as to whether the appellant can be deputed to any other place in and around Madurai Division other than Arasu Rubber Corporation Limited, Nagercoil. Accordingly, Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the letter of the Principal Secretary to Government in Letter No.15756/FR.1/2015-2, dated 20.10.2015. The relevant portion of the said letter is extracted hereunder: "In connection with W.A.No.975/2015 and the letter first cited, I am directed to suggest that the post of Forestry Extension Officer, Pudukottai an alternative place to transfer Thiru.A.
Palaniraj, Assistant Conservator of Forests (on leave) and to request that the same may be appraised before the Hon'ble Division Bench of Madurai High Court, Madurai when the case in W.A.(MD)No.975/2015 will take up for hearing on 27.10.2015. The result of the case may be informed to Government to early." 4.Recording the same, this writ appeal is disposed of directing the respondents to issue appropriate orders in line with the suggestion made by the Principal Secretary to Government as referred to above. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
