ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 08.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.191 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.09.2016 when the petitioner snatched the gold chain of the de facto complainant, she was caught hold by the public and handed over to the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 08.09.2016 onwards.

the petitioner was caught hold by the general public when she committed theft. He further submitted that investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner was caught red-handed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
