Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN SWAMINATHAN.RM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.15077 of 2023 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.1183 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for the past four months and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in three months.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court, once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
